Online Application Form
Complete your personal details, academic grades, and motivational questions. This is where you answer why Google and why this programme. Application window: Roles posted throughout the year: apply as soon as roles open.
Prep tip
Answer motivational questions specifically, not generically. A specific reason for choosing Google over a generic 'I want to work in the sector' answer makes an immediate difference.
Online Assessments
Online application review and role-specific screening: no standard psychometric test
Prep tip
Practice with real providers (SHL, Korn Ferry, Cubiks) before the test date. Don't attempt on a mobile or slow connection.
Video Interview
Initial screening video call with a recruiter, then structured panel interviews
Prep tip
Record yourself answering a practice question and watch it back. Fix filler words, posture, and pacing before the real thing.
Assessment Centre
Held at a Google office. Typically includes: Technical interview, Behavioural interview, Case or role-specific exercise.
