What Makes Amazon Different
Amazon interviews exclusively through Leadership Principles. There are 16 of them. Interviewers often ask: 'Tell me about a time you demonstrated Customer Obsession.' You must prepare a unique STAR story for each principle.
The Honest Reality
The Amazon Apprenticeship is genuinely competitive: 2–4%acceptance rate. But the majority of rejected candidates don't fail because they weren't capable enough. They fail because they didn't prepare specifically enough for Amazon's process.
